Supply Chain Performance and Quality Measurement of Dairy Cow Concentrate in Cooperative toward Sustainable Productivity: a Case Study

This research aims to measure supply chain performance of dairy concentrate in cooperative with the SCOR-AHP approach and develop improvement based on result, analyze quality suitability as a basis comprehensive standard its control mechanism. was conducted at farmer located West Java. The analysis used operation reference-analysis hierarchy process (SCOR-AHP). For measuring product quality, ten post-production samples, 27 samples after distribution process, 25 for homogeneity test from five mixer machines were taken. Concentrate parameters moisture, ash, crude fat, protein, fiber, total digestible nutrients (TDN), salt content. Post-production data compared Indonesian National Standard (SNI) using one-tailed one-sample t-test, field tested two independent t-tests data, seen coefficient variation value results show that cow is excellent. nutrient content complies SNI, but mixture classified poor category. taken shows differences except TDN. excessive cost can be utilized enhance generating better product. should by concerning mixing maintain consistency reformulating, stabilizing feedstuff, calculating stock properly avoid longer storage.
